This technique can be activated at any time however once done the user is unable to un-activate it and it doesn't cost anything to maintain. When Xan's chakra signature is erased he seems to be like a civilian with barely any chakra being able to be seen from him and those with chakra sensory are unable to pick him out in combat due to the low amount of chakra visible, however chakra sensory specifically geared to seeing suppressed chakra levels equal to his rank and above are able to locate him. silent killing

Description: Creating a humanoid-sized arrow of pure Phase Release chakra, the user would then angle their bow towards their intended target before loosing the arrow at Vacuum release speeds. Upon release, the arrow takes the form of two Medium L dragons spiraling around each other that cover the area up to a 4 feet radius in front of them. It will then strike out against their opponent and painfully trap them in the vortex (8 ft diameter) as long as they are within 40 feet. If a victim is trapped within the vortex they are dealt A-rank Phase Release chakra damage each P.T they are kept within it being unable to escape the vortex unless they possess A-rank strength, though they'd still sustain the damage upon first exiting it. | Dragon strike mechanics.
Dragon Strike is up to 40ft long with a radius of 4 ft
Staying inside the vortex deals recurring damage
So I wanted to make it 40 ft long with a 4 ft radius
Deal recurring damage while in the vortex, not sure what would be acceptable for an A rank
Either having the speed they move, which is A cause a vortex that sucks anything in into its radius not sure what tier I should use to allow people to escape. Strength in legs to anchor them?
